All assembled products sold are
covered by a 90 day limited
warranty covering parts and labor beginning from the shipping
date. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, does
not cover faults arising from abuse, shipping damage, improper
installation or misuse, and is limited to repair or replacement
of the defective device in question. In no event shall Eutronix
be held liable for damage arising from the use of its products
whether defective or operating by design, whether arising directly
or indirectly. Should any of its products prove defective, Eutronix
will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product during
the warranty period with return shipping provided at no cost.
It is the customer's responsibility to ship the item to Eutronix
for warranty service.
Unassembled
products carry no warranty. All parts are believed to be in working
order before leaving our facility. If you come across a defective
part BEFORE assembly, notify Eutronix for possible replacement.

Repairs and Installations

to have arisen from the installation process, Eutronix will reimburse
any costs for repair during the installation warranty period.
All preexisting conditions are excluded.
The Tuner
Kit Assembly Service is
covered by a 90 day
limited warranty covering
workmanship beginning from the shipping date. This warranty applies
only to the original purchaser, does not cover faults arising
from abuse, shipping damage, misuse, or faulty components and
is limited to repair or replacement of the defective device in
question. In no event shall Eutronix be held liable for damage
arising from the use of tuners it has assembled whether as a result
of faulty workmanship or operation by design, whether arising
directly or indirectly. Should the workmanship of any assembled
tuner prove defective, Eutronix will repair the affected tuner
during the warranty period with return shipping provided at no
cost. It is the customer's responsibility to ship the tuner to
Eutronix for warranty service. In the event of damage to the tuner
determined to have arisen from the assembly process, Eutronix
will reimburse any costs for replacement of damaged components
during the installation warranty period.
No other warranty is expressed or implied.
